Hollard is offering a 12-month Unemployed Learnership Program for 2026 in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pietermaritzburg, and Pretoria. This program provides theoretical and practical training, mentorship, and a nationally recognized NQF Level 4 Insurance qualification. Applicants must be South African citizens aged 18–25, have completed Matric with required pass marks, be unemployed, and not previously part of a learnership. Closing date: 17 October 2025.

Responsibilities

• Participate fully in all theoretical and practical training sessions
• Complete assignments, assessments, and projects as part of the learnership requirements
• Demonstrate professionalism, commitment, and a strong willingness to learn
• Work effectively with mentors, trainers, and team members
• Apply acquired knowledge and skills in real workplace scenarios

Qualifications

• South African citizen aged 18–25
• Completed Matric / Grade 12
• Minimum 60% in English and one other language
• Minimum 50% in Mathematics or 60% in Mathematical Literacy
• Not currently studying or employed in a corporate environment for more than six months
